The saw comes with the mobile base and blade guard as in the photos.Local pickup only. The arbor cranks up and down and tilts very smoothly. The only thing is that the shaft of the bearing needs to be threaded and a key way cut then reinstalled then you'll have a primo saw, in great condition, with solid cast iron side tables and steel hand wheels. AND there is a brand new one included with the saw (see photos). BUT! It turns out that the bearing is called an Integral Shaft Bearing (or water pump style bearing) and is common as dirt. This saw gets very high marks on the Old Woodworking Machine web site but has one Achilles heal and that is it's arbor bearing.
